Minnie Pearl is everything we hoped for. The first cria sired by BSRA Snowmass Enlightenment's Patron, she is a mini-me of her sire. One of the strongest cria I have personally seen, she was on her feet in 5 minutes, nursing by 30 minutes, and has grown like a weed. Her first show was the 2017 AOA National Show and she took a 1st place at Halter. Doesn't get much better than that! Judge Jill McLeod said that she was the densest in her class! Minnie had a beautiful rose gray girl sired by Bea-2 Bomber. Minnie is a great mom and has lots of milk! She had a dark silver gray roan (modern gray) in 20221 sired by SSAFL Michelangelo's Peruvian Cupid. Genotype: Eea2a2 Pearl is a gorgeous dark brown girl. Actually she is a dark indefinite. She shows as dark brown in Halter and dark indefinite in fleece, as she has dark brown patches and black patches in her fleece. She took solid 2nds in Halter in 2024 at the Futurity, GWAS and RMAS, and in Fleece at the AOA National Show. She just took a 4th at the 2025 NWSS, The judge seemed to favor more compact females, as that was mentioned about the top 3 in the oral comments. I'll take a well grown female with room for cria anytime!

Genotype: eea2a2 Barbie wasn't shown as a juvie, but i'm looking forward to showing her this fall! We just showed at the National Western Stock Show which is now an AOA certified show. Barbie took a 3rd. She received this placement because she was soft on her front pasterns. She would have placed 1st or 2nd in her class. The judge remarked on her great staple length, uniformity, density, and brightness. Both my vet and I feel something nutritional happened around 8-9 months of age. Her pasterns were fine til then. We are putting her on a MN supplement.
